To access the platform, authorized users must create an account. Organizations are responsible for designating authorized users and maintaining appropriate access controls within their team.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We use passwordless authentication (magic links) to protect account access. You are responsible for securing access to the email address associated with your account.
Our collection, use, and protection of client information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Clients retain ownership of all data they provide to the Service. We process client data solely to deliver the contracted services and improve our analytical capabilities.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
The Service, including its design, analytical methodologies, benchmarking databases, and underlying technology, is owned by MedicalBills.com and protected by intellectual property laws.
Clients retain all rights to the data they provide. By sharing data with us, clients grant us a limited license to process and analyze that data solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.
Analysis reports and findings generated by the Service may be used by clients for their internal business purposes, including sharing with their TPAs, brokers, and legal counsel as needed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedicalBills.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid to us by the client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedicalBills.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the applicable engagement agreement.
Upon termination, clients may request deletion of their data by contacting support@medicalbills.com. Data deletion requests will be fulfilled within 30 days, except for audit logs retained per regulatory requirements.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
